1. Who we are

Reputatic (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides network reputation intelligence and monitoring tools that help organizations understand and improve the reputation of their public IP ranges.

2. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of our website, products, API, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
API keys are confidential and must not be shared publicly.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Usage‑based fees may apply in addition to plan charges.
Taxes, including Dutch VAT (NL864668788B01) when applicable, are added to invoices.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the billing settings. Changes take effect immediately; prorations apply where relevant.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Services.

5. Acceptable Use

No abuse, reverse engineering, scraping outside the documented API, or interfering with Service operation.
No use that violates law, infringes rights, or attempts to bypass rate limits or security controls.
When you monitor ranges you do not control, you confirm you have the lawful right to do so.

6. Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process and why. When we process personal data on your behalf, you are the controller and we act as processor under applicable data protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Services, including software, documentation, design, and trademarks. You retain rights to your content and configuration data.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of third‑party data sources (e.g., DNSBLs), or fitness for a particular purpose. Where permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages are excluded; and (b) our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees paid to us by you in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold Reputatic harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risks, or fail to pay fees. You may terminate at any time via settings; past charges are not refundable unless required by law.

12. Changes

We may modify these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be announced on the site or by email, and the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Competent courts in the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
